- Enabled 15% tooling cost cut and improved quality by increasing vendors involvement early in the projects resulting in better part manufacturability with fewer modifications.
- Designed and developed a new concept of rental system improving flexibility for shop owners, attractiveness and cutting the cost by 25%. All the competitors have since tried to imitate this design.
